So a bit of a spoiler in this X-Fire Dreams episode: we know that Bin JunJie and Yan XuJia will get eliminated in episode 6.

In the dorms, Peng ChuYue candidly shared what he thinks of the show:

“Can I share my opinions? I actually think in the fourth episode, Bin JunJie, Chen ZeXi and Xia ZhiGuang, their group performance was the best. I don’t know why the BOSS group didn’t like it. Another thing is that, they actually….no matter if it’s Wu Jia Cheng’s group or Yan XuJia’s group—the songs they sang, the way they interpreted it, the roles they played, it was all done in their most comfortable state, their best state. But for us, we played in an unfamiliar state, a state that challenges us. The so-called childhood, teenager, young adults are three different levels. I’m not calling out injustice on behalf of Bin JunJie, rather…hypothetically, if Wu JiaCheng’s group were to perform the exact same song and do the exact same dance as Bin JunJie’s group, would they still be called immature? So the issue is very simple: I think once this dance and song arrangement were handed out, it already determined the score.”

Peng ChuYue

My own two cents: I really feel bad for Bin JunJie. Personally, I think his abilities outshone everyone on Chun Chun’s team. But favouritism for the White Team is so obvious among the judges in the show that it’s sad and too bad for JunJie.

This episode showed our Zhan Zhan giving Xia ZhiGuang life advice.  I find that scene so heartwarming.

Also, can I say how mischievous our Zhan Zhan is in this episode?  After screaming into the mic with his brothers, he turned sharply and stared at the camera with his poker face. I wonder what happened to the sound person on the receiving end?
