I’ve always wanted to write something, but it’s still the same old problem — whenever I pick up the pen, I don’t know where to begin…

I saw that some of you have said before that I don’t really like sharing much about my own life. Hmm… how should I put it? It’s not that I don’t like sharing. I’m just afraid that if I share it, you might find it very monotonous…

I’m a homebody to begin with. If I’m not working, then every day I’m either reading, watching movies, or going to work out.

As for Jianguo… Jianguo, this little one — she’s a short-legged cat and her health isn’t very strong. I had originally thought that once she was healthy and well cared for, I’d let everyone meet her. (But now, because of work, I can’t take very good care of her, so I had to send her back home and let my parents look after her.)

…hahaha, doesn’t that sound really monotonous?

Sometimes I think about sharing some movies and books, but I always get stopped by the thought, “Would you really want to see that?”

Every time we meet at a public event, I always see some very familiar faces, or IDs that I recognize from online. It still gives me this warm feeling inside.

From the beginning until now, time has passed so quickly — almost unbelievably quickly. Back then, on that big bus that we said was heading toward the future, you were all still there. So how could I possibly stay standing still?

I’ve always thought that I’m no longer a child. With everything I do, I want to tell you about it in a definite, complete, and even as perfect as I can make it kind of way. I don’t want you to have to overthink things or worry. That won’t change in the future either.

I just hope that I can share more of myself with you, and do it a little sooner.

I will definitely work hard to become the kind of person where, when someone asks you who you like, you can proudly say:

“It’s Xiao Zhan!”
