On Aug 19, 2025 at 7:00 PM, Xiao Zhan, as the global ambassador for YSL Skincare, attended the YSL Saint Laurent brand launch event held at K11 MUSEA, the luxury shopping mall in Hong Kong’s Tsim Sha Tsui district.

XFX, both nationwide and internationally, were all busy making preparations to cheer Xiao Zhan on. Three big screens will welcome Xiao Zhan to Hong Kong

XFX coordination was topnotch! To ensure Xiao Zhan sees his fans, XFX camped outside the venue from 3 PM the day before in order to enter the fan zone’s first row! Besides mainland XFX, there were fans from all over the world who flew long distance to see Xiao Zhan: Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, America, etc!
Meanwhile, one of our XFX sister’s hubby was back home counting the seconds and missing his wife. hahahaha Her hubby is a little bit extra, don’t you think? 😂
Anyways, once the barricades were set up and staff started ushering fans in, XFX got the best section of the area along the route leading to the outdoor stage. Before long, red banners were attached to all the barriers. Xiao Fei Xia, all lined up and reporting for duty! Hahaha.
But how did this moment somehow turn into a blessing video for Xiao Zhan? Hahahaha.
On a different note, here is a heartwarming story: According to some of the fans at the venue, many of the fans in the front rows were afraid to drink water. Security told the fans at the front, ‘Xiao Zhan wants you all to drink more water,’ but they still didn’t dare to drink because they were worried that if they went to the restroom, they wouldn’t be able to squeeze their way back to their spots.
Then Fat Shrimp on Weibo reminded everyone to drink water. Later, they even specially arranged for security to escort the fans in the front rows to the restroom, taking a few people at a time.
So at the event, staff handed out water, cooling pack, medicine for conditions that present with symptoms consistent with external contraction of summer-heat and dampness, internal blockage of dampness, or gastrointestinal disturbance, an onsite air cooler and lots of ice. It was later discovered that Xiao Zhan was the one who ordered all this for XFX to ensure nobody gets heat stroke. Some XFX joked that Xiao Zhan would order croissants next to feed his 🦐. hahahaha

And yes, as you can see to the right, XFX made good use of your cooling fans, Xiao Zhan! Thank you for being the wind beneath our wings! hahahahaha😂

All right, back to the event! The initial plan to have Xiao Zhan enter the mall after the outdoor event was changed due to safety reason because of the sheer size of the crowd. K11 was temporarily closed for clearing out. The mall would be cleared for a period of time and temporarily suspend business before reopening. Checkout the crowd! It was estimated that over 10,000 people showed up for Xiao Zhan!
And Xiao Zhan finally arrived! The staff had everything prepared for Xiao Zhan to get out of the car on the right side and go straight to the stage. But instead he deliberately got out on the left side, which was closer to the fans, and even unexpectedly walked back out to greet the fans waiting outside. When Xiao Zhan was driving in, he must have seen that there were also so many fans outside, so he deliberately turned back around to say hi to everyone. So touching!!!😭😭😭
Xiao Zhan is the absolute sweetest, most precious human in the whole world!
This will be the sweetest memory for me: We painted the sky red for Xiao Zhan, and he noticed and thanked us! 🥰 We received all the essential items from him to help us combat the heat, and we’re so grateful to him. 🥰

According to an XFX who attended the YSL event, after the event ended, she and several other XFX stayed behind to help clean up the venue. However, security personnel stopped them and repeatedly encouraged everyone who was still there to head home early and be careful on the way.
They told the XFX that everyone had worked hard that day, and that Xiao Zhan had seen everything they had done. He had even said there was no need for them to pick up the trash because there was too much to deal with and the staff would take care of it.
Hearing this, she was so touched that she couldn’t hold back anymore and ended up giving the staff all the snacks she had in her bag. 🥹
Another XFX shared that around 8 p.m. last night, she went to check in at the YSL Care & Crush photo spot and noticed employees from the security company, dressed in black uniforms, cleaning the lawn. They weren’t the venue’s regular cleaning staff.
It seems that additional personnel had been arranged to handle the cleanup, possibly because Xiao Zhan didn’t want the XFX, who were already exhausted after the event, to have to stay out late to clean the venue themselves.
