Xiao Zhan was invited to perform a song at the BeiJing Culture Forum Gala 2024. Hosted by the Central Publicity Department, this was a prestigious night that brought together over 200 foreign guests from over 70 countries—former Japanese Prime Minister, Yukio Hatoyama; former French Prime Minister, Jean-Pierre Raffarin; the 14th CPPCC Standing Committee Member and Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Pansy Ho; Harvard University Asia Center Senior Researcher and Dean of the Institute of Advanced Humanities of Peking University, Du WeiMing and others all gave guest speeches. Cultural celebrities, experts and scholars, and industry leaders such as Fan Di’an, Ye XiaoGang, Wang Wei, and Feng Ji, etc. Including domestic Chinese, the audience totalled to over 800 guests.
This gala witnessed performances by artists from all over the world, bringing beautiful moments of cultural exchange.
The gala was also attended by many seniors including Director Zheng XiaoLong (The Legend of Zang Hai) and Producer Yang XiaoPei (The Youth Memories). When asked backstage when Zang Hai Zhuang will air, he said it is currently in post-production, so please look forward to it.
At such a meaningful gala of Chinese-foreign exchange feast of the arts, Xiao Zhan performed a solo song “The Moon represents My Heart.”
